Time Frame

It is important for you to understand that coaching takes place over time

Commitment to time reflects the truth about deep and lasting personal change.

For most of my clients, change is a process that is more like agriculture than rocket science. It takes digging around the dirt, planting, cultivating, harvesting.

It takes time to figure things out – to be clear – to get rid of self-limiting beliefs and old ways of thinking that hold you back.

This sense of a time frame also helps you to make commitments rather than seeking a temporary fix. Coaching is not a patch job – it’s a course change for life.

Most people experience the benefits of being coached after about three months. At that point we jointly evaluate the progress made so far to determine the next steps. This time frame assures the lasting results of your investment in yourself.
